Great Toffee... What makes great toffee?
Well, we start out with the finest ingredients: real butter, California almonds, walnuts and smooth, rich chocolate. Then take special attention and care to mold those ingredients into a thick layer of fresh, chocolate-coated toffee. Not too hard, not too soft and certainly not stingy on the nuts.

Located in an area larger than Los Angeles yet with less than 1 person per square mile, Christmas Valley Candy Factory does far more than craft some of the world’s finest artisan toffee. In 2014 Darrell and Ilene Anderson purchased Christmas Valley Toffee Company with an eye towards committing a portion of the profits to help support The Silver Lake Youth Center.

Darrell and Ilene founded the Youth Center in 2006 as a place for kids and teens in the area to come and have something positive to do with their time. In 2020 Darrell and Ilene retired from operating the Youth Center.
